Pippa Middleton dates again with rich heir of Duke of Nothumberland, George Percy

After the split with Alex Loudon, ex cricket player, last year (November) Pippa Middleton has been linked to wealthy heir and her old Edinburgh University beau George Percy.

Middleton and Percy, who is the son of the Duke of Northumberland, were housemates and lived with Lord Edward Innes-Ker, a son of the Duke of Roxburghe. Percy is heir to a huge fortune estimated to be worth $498 million, which includes Alnwick Castle in Northumberland, which is home to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the "Harry Potter" movies.

The UK tabloid The Sun claimed that Middleton and Percy's friendship became romance during the Middleton family's New Year's Eve party. A source told The Sun, "It was like a shark circling its bait... George is very smitten and completely in love with her. It looks like the Middleton sisters will be completing the double before too long."

Spokespeople for both Percy and Middleton declined to comment on the report, but a Royal source told the UK's Daily Mail that the claims were "unfounded." The pair was photographed together attending several Wimbledon over the summer (pictured above) and was also spotted vacationing in Spain. Percy, 27, who is an Earl, has served as a "page of honor" to Queen Elizabeth II, which allowed him to accompany her to major events, according to ABC News.

Middleton, who was formerly working as a party planner has also reportedly taken a job with Percy's geothermal energy firm. She will now help lobby for government licenses which would allow the Percy's company to drill underground for hot water which would be converted into heat and electricity. Pippa also works part-time at her parents' party planning company Table Talk and writes an online magazine for their online party supply website, Party Pieces.

Middleton recently split up with former England cricketer Alex Loudon, who accompanied her to the Royal Wedding. Pippa's appearance at the Royal wedding in a gorgeous Alexander McQueen gown has sparked interest and earned her the unofficial title of "Her Royal Hotness" and a website dedicated to her derriere.

Justin Timberlake recently expressed interest in Middleton, telling Esquire UK that, "Us American males are big fans of Pippa."

Timberlake isn't the only American to praise Kate's younger sister, who goes by P.Middy in the British tabloids. According to E! News, Usher also voiced his approval, telling Look magazine that he wanted Pippa to model for his lingerie line.

"George is very smitten and completely in love with her. It looks like the Middleton sisters will be completing the double before too long," a source told The Sun.
